Hello everyone

My name is Simone Maiorino and I am the owner and founder of Lovely Real Estate.

I was born and raised in the province of Milan and I started the real estate profession working with my father, during my university studies, in the Immobiliare Consult based in Cesate, via Puccini 2. For several years we have mainly dealt with the sale of newly built houses, managing several construction sites especially in the municipalities of Cesate, Garbagnate Milanese and Caronno Pertusella.

I immediately liked the job and, after completing my studies and graduated in Political Science in 2005 at the University of Milan, I decided to dedicate myself completely. Driven by the desire to measure myself with a more important reality, in May 2011 I opened a second agency in my first Milan office in via Federico Ozanam 4, Porta Venezia / Lima district where I stayed for 5 years. The response was immediately very positive and stimulating, with excellent results in the number and quality of transactions concluded. In June 2014 I therefore decided to found Lovely Real Estate, with which I operate mainly in Milan city, but with an eye to other places of particular interest. In 2016 I moved to an office in the historic city center, precisely in Foro Bonaparte 76, where I stayed for 3 years.

From 2019 you can find me at the Business Center in via Montenapoleone 8, where in addition to my office I have meeting rooms and highly qualified and multilingual staff. I also collaborate with trusted architects and professionals in the various areas of expertise.

I obtained the qualification as a real estate agent in 2007, I am regularly enrolled in the role of business agents in mediation in Milan at no. 14463.

Lovely Real Estate is duly registered in the Milan Chamber of Commerce at no. REA 2042251 - VAT number 08688210965.

I am part of the FIMAA association, based in Milan Corso Venezia 29, which provides me with Allianz insurance coverage for the performance of my work.
